Crime Stoppers Weekend Film Experience
Crime Stoppers Bermuda will host its second annual Weekend Film Experience from February 28 to March 3 at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute.
A spokesperson said, “With such a positive response from last year’s event we knew we had to have a bigger and better film weekend for 2019.
“The Weekend Film Experience is being programmed again by Bermudian film professional Andrew Stoneham, who has curated another fantastic film lineup. The eclectic selection of films is sure to provide something for everyone including a PG13 film appropriate for a younger teen audience.
“Opening on February 28 is the Oscar-nominated The Favourite, boasting A-list actors Emma Stone, Olivia Colman and Rachel Wiesz. The remaining film line up consists of The Guilty, Big Fish & Begonia, Disobedience, and closing out the weekend, C’est la vie!”
Chairman Carlnika Roser said, “The board would also like to express our gratitude and deep appreciation to our sponsors and patrons who have helped make this Weekend Film Experience a reality for the 2nd year. We encourage everyone to come out and enjoy the films while supporting a worthy charity.”
Tickets cost $15 for adults and $12 for students and can be purchased from ptix.bm.
