In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Ascendant Group Limited advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of February 2019 the company repurchased 20 common shares at an average price of $17. The Company advised that the repurchased shares have been cancelled.
In addition, Ascendant Group Limited also advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, the company repurchased shares as follows:
