Hopkins Finishes 33rd In Dominican Republic

The 40th edition of the National Independence Cycle Tour continued in the Dominican Republic with Bermuda’s Kaden Hopkins back in action, covering the 156 kilometers in time of 3 hours, 22 minutes and 30 seconds.

Hopkins finished in 33rd place at the conclusion of the Fifth Stage, and is now 77th overall after the Five Stages with a combined time of 12:34:57, 8 minutes and twenty-nine seconds behind the overall leader.

After completing the fifth stage, Robinson Chalapud, Team Medellín continues in the first position overall with a time of 12:26:28, second place is occupied by Oscar Sevilla 42 seconds back and Stephen Bakker is third and further 1 second behind.
