Bermuda Triangle Of Chefs: Past, Present, Future

April 9, 2019

The Bermuda Triangle of Chefs: Past, Present & Future takes place, Tuesday, April 16 and Wednesday, April 17 at Bermuda College.

It’s a presentation of the Bermuda College Spring Lecture Series and will feature an interesting line-up of culinary chefs – local and overseas, creating a Bermuda “Triangle” of epicurean connoisseurs, each sharing enticing recipes and discussing current food trends.

Michiko Campbell, BC alumni and Sous Chef, Royal Bermuda Yacht Club; Dennis McIntosh, Executive Chef of Grand-A-View Restaurant and Event View, Montego Bay, Jamaica; and Fhonthip Jones, Executive Pastry Chef at The Fairmont Hamilton Princess [originally from Thailand], will share their personal journeys and exchange tips for success in the culinary field.

In addition, a tribute to local chef trailblazers, Fred Ming and Herbie Bascome will be made during a special presentation highlight.
