Video: Bermuda Triangle Of Chefs Culinary Event

The Bermuda College hosted the “Bermuda Triangle of Chefs: Past, Present & Future”, a presentation of the Bermuda College Spring Lecture Series and featured an interesting line-up of culinary chefs – local and overseas, creating a Bermuda “Triangle” of epicurean connoisseurs, each sharing enticing recipes and discussing current food trends.

Michiko Campbell, BC alumni and Sous Chef, Royal Bermuda Yacht Club; Dennis McIntosh, Executive Chef of Grand-A-View Restaurant and Event View, Montego Bay, Jamaica; and Fhonthip Jones, Executive Pastry Chef at The Fairmont Hamilton Princess [originally from Thailand], shared their personal journeys and exchange tips for success in the culinary field.
