Court: Khamisi Tokunbo Denies Offence
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo appeared in Magistrates Court, where he denied failing to give a breath sample to police following a single vehicle crash in Paget in January.
According to ZBM, he pleaded not guilty to the charge, was granted bail in the amount of $1,000 and was ordered to appear back in court in June.
In addition, Allen Robinson was also charged with refusing to give a blood sample to police without lawful excuse following the same crash. He pleaded guilty, was fined $1,000 and was banned from operating all vehicles for 18 months.
ZBM reported that the Court heard when police arrived on the scene, they found both men outside of the vehicle.
