  1. Welcome says:

Welcome to the world of bureaucracy in Government. So many checks and balances but there are still overspends, still communications messages coming out without Minister approvals, etc etc etc. Denzel said it best, just because you do more doesnt mean you are getting more done. Government on a whole needs to revise its processes systematically because so many things are duplication of work and knee jerk reactions to stop some type of behavior instead of addressing the root cause.

From someone who has lived it. Peace

  2. Oh,I see now says:

People need to know what these men and women go through on a normal working day,it sure sound stressful to me.It appears any given work day in jail would have us calling the police if it were in the public sector. The downside is they have to face this individual every day morning noon and night unlike the police where it begins and ends with a booking.Show these officers some respect sitting government of the day,I say this because it appears they have been shafted by both parties.

Shame on both parties for the last 20yrs…..

  3. Real Deal says:

If you need 2 you need 2. having 2 officers is not just percussion strategy it is also a preventive strategy on a sociological level
