Bermuda Basketball: Wolfpack & Twisters Win
The Basketball League continued inside the Bermuda College Gymnasium with a double header that produced 241 points.
Game 1 saw the Southampton Wolfpack defeat the Warwick RimRockers 68 – 59. Mykal Glasgow led the Southampton Wolfpack with 18 Points, 8 Rebounds, 3 Assists and 2 Steals, while Jorel Smith scored a game high 29 Points for the Warwick RimRockers, to go along with 3 Rebounds, 5 Assists and 2 Steals.
Game 2 was closer with Hamilton City Twisters edging the Pembroke Skyforce 58 – 56. Te’Jour Riley scored a game high 23 Points to lead the Hamilton City Twisters, while he also had 6 Rebounds, 5 Assists, 6 Steals and 1 Blocked Shot, while Bryce Gonsalves led the Pembroke Skyforce with 15 Points, 10 Rebounds and 3 Steals.
