Slaton Finishes 3rd In GAA State Championships
Jordan Slaton competed in the 2019 GAA State JOAD Championships in Conyers, Georgia.
Competing in the Compound Cadet Male Division, Slaton finished in 3rd with a score of 612 points, he finished 27 points behind the winner Matthew Russell who had 639 points and Foster Jones finished second with 622 points.
Due to lightning and thunder the last end was stopped, Slaton was on the verge of making a 660 or greater, but the weather impacted the competition.
