Night Of Fun For The Last Destination Dockyard
The last Destination Dockyard event will be a fantastic night of fun with a live band, DJ, Gombeys and vendors, organisers said today.
“We have been a little unlucky with the weather on a few occasions but the feedback we’ve had has been very positive,” said Stephanie Rodill, the Marketing and Events Manager at the West End Development Corporation.
“Now we are all looking forward to a great last night on Monday [August 26] and hope people will come along and join in the fun.”
The line-up on Monday will see Hindsight, DJ Rusty G and the Warwick Gombeys. It will be hosted by Power Girl.
WEDCO has partnered with PinkSand Entertainment and the Bermuda Tourism Authority to put on the event on North Lawn. It starts at 6.30pm to 9.30pm and as well as the entertainment the shops in the Clocktower Mall will be open to 9pm.

I’m glad you have included the Bermuda gombeys.
Last event there were no gombeys which was disappointing. The gombeys are a tradition and embedded in our culture and should be at any such event.
