September 12, 2019 | 4 Comments

Due to the strike by British Airways pilots, there will be delays experienced in mail delivery, the Bermuda Post Office said.

A Government spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Post Office [BPO] is advising the public that due to ongoing strike action by British Airways pilots, there will be delays experienced in mail delivery.

“The BPO notes that while outbound mail can still be collected, mail is currently unable to be transported directly to Great Britain during days involving strike action.

“Customers are advised that delays will likely last until daily air service resumes. The BPO thanks the public for their patience.”
