Bermuda Field Hockey: Griffins & Budgies Win
The Bermuda Field Hockey federation league season recently resumed at the National Sports Center with a double header that produced 15 goals.
Longtails 1 – Griffins 5
The Griffins defeated the Longtails 6 – 1 in the opener. Jo Heaney led the way for the Griffins with a hat trick, while Donna McHolson scored twice. Tana Van De Berg scored the lone goal for the Longtails.
Hawks 1 – Budgies 8
The Budgies defeated the Hawks 8 – 1 in the second game of the day. Kascia DaSilva led the Budgies with four goals, while Keishae Robinson added a hat trick and Robin Stemple scored the other. Svon Curley scored the lone goal for the Hawks.
