Keynote speaker AI.io CEO Terence Mills, a member of the Forbes Technology Council and a regular Forbes.com contributor on the topic of artificial intelligence [AI], will encourage the audience to think differently about how the future of work can benefit their business and consider how to harness the power of blockchain and AI technology to make better decisions that lead to increased revenues, cost savings and growth.

“We are incredibly pleased to have Terence Mills participate in our summit,” said Roland Andy Burrows, CEO of the Bermuda Business Development Agency [BDA].

“With the theme being Focused on the Future, his insights will be particularly relevant in addressing how businesses need to think about and prepare for the technologies of tomorrow to achieve their growth potential. We look forward to an engaging presentation and discussion.”

Mills, who has been recognised as one of the top 50 AI influencers on Twitter in 2018 and 2019, will share his experience advancing workplace productivity and solving international business problems with Al.io, an industry-leading data science and engineering company that is already delivering solutions in the healthcare, travel and entertainment industries.

“The future of work will change the way that business is done and how people live their lives in ways they could have only imagined,” said Mills. “Our opportunities are global, but change is necessary, and it will require harnessing the power of data, re-training and re-humanizing employee time, and overhauling how executives lead. As challenging as this sounds, standing still is no longer an option.”

Organised by the BDA, in partnership with the FinTech Business Unit, the summit will open with a keynote conversation from Bermuda’s Premier, David Burt, and Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire on the future of fintech and the crypto industry.

Attendees will also hear from a host of industry experts on some of the biggest challenges and latest advancements in fintech, insurtech, hospitality and financial services. Following the panels, all attendees are invited to join a networking reception at the Princess Marina.
