Ms. Dyer-Fagundo will also be speaking at the Advising Latin American Families in a Transparent World forum on 4 November 2019 in Miami.

The Private Client Dining Club dinner is a premier networking event for international private client professionals. Ms. Dyer-Fagundo’s panel will focus on the latest trends in advising ultra high net worth private clients from the Latin American region.

The discussion will include topical concerns for trust clients, such as the implications of the loss of capacity by ageing settlors on the management of a trust structure, and the challenges of monitoring investment manager performance within a trust structure.

At the Advising Latin American Families in a Transparent World forum, Ms. Dyer-Fagundo’s presentation will focus on the EU Blacklist Project and Ultimate Beneficial Ownership Registers. The conference aims to equip delegates with practical solutions when planning for Latin American family wealth preservation and success.

Ms. Dyer-Fagundo has extensive experience in private equity transactions, derivatives, public and private company M&A activity, equity and debt markets, and partnerships in relation to both their formation and on-going transactions. She leads the members’ voluntary liquidation practice, acting as liquidator in most cases.
