Fireminds Chairman & ATN EVP of Operations, Brad Martin, said, “The expanded Fireminds team will continue to deliver world-class IT services to the Bermuda market through its exclusive partnership with One Communications. The larger team will allow Fireminds to offer an expanded portfolio of services to its customers, such as industry-leading security solutions.”

Michael Branco, CEO of Fireminds and ATN VP of I&O, commented: “Adding the ATN I&O team to Fireminds will allow us to offer a broader range of technologies to our customer base.

“It also means that, with a larger team, Fireminds is becoming the provider of choice for larger companies looking for a similar-sized IT partner. Fireminds is the first IT company in Bermuda to achieve the SOC2 designation on its data centers and IT operations, which signals to the market that we follow strict controls in managing our IT delivery for the benefit of our customers.”

The company added, “In the Bermuda market, Fireminds is now the largest and most experienced IT company. Fireminds’ world-class team can handle small, medium, and enterprise customers. Fireminds’ services are sold exclusively through its partner and sister company, One Communications.

“Also, Fireminds added Ben Doyle to the Board of Directors. Mr. Doyle is a 25-year veteran of the technology industry, who brings extensive IT, sales, and marketing experience to the board.”

Ben Doyle, ATN VP of IT and new Fireminds Board Member, commented, “I’m excited to join the Fireminds Board and drive forward our expansion strategy for the benefit of our customers. Our customers and partners come first, and we continue to improve in service delivery and broaden our range of services to fuel innovation and growth for our customers.”
