Harbour Swim Team Win More Medals

The Gus Ryder Memorial Cup saw all eight of the Harbour Gold Squad 13 & Over swimmers making 18 finals and winning five more medals to add to their first day total.

In the Girls 400 IM, Giada Dudley-Pun won silver and Myeisha Sharieff won bronze in the 13-14 Girls Division, while Alyson Scherer won gold in the 15 & Over Age Group.

Competing in the 12 & Under Age Group at his first Harbour Gold Squad overseas meet since qualifying for the squad last season, Thomas Cechini earned a gold medal in the 100m Freestyle, clocking a winning time of 1:07.92, and a silver in the 50 Butterfly, touching the wall in 34:74.

Sharrieff [13-14] and Finn Moseley [15 & Over] each won medals in the freestyle and backstroke. Sharrieff won gold in the backstroke, swimming a 1:07.61, and bronze in the freestyle by touching in 1:01.55.

Moseley earned two silver medals, swimming a 54:78 in his freestyle and 1:02.89 in the backstroke.

Dudley-Pun [13-14] also added two medals, a gold in her 100 Butterfly where she swam a 1:08.82 and a silver in the breaststroke by touching the wall in 1:21.68.

Rounding out the evening, Brandon Adkins [13-14] added a bronze by swimming 59:17 in his freestyle, while Alyson Scherer [15 & Over] finished with another gold, swimming a 1:01.38 in the freestyle.
