$7.4M budget for 18 employees…something is not adding up. Even if you remove office rent, kitchen supplies, office cleaning and electricity!

A PRE-FEASIBILITY study will be conducted on wind??? HELLO, we already have that in the form of the Bermuda Wind Study from the Bren School of Environmental Science.

The RA needs to get on with a FEASIBILITY study! In this document, you are basically proposing business as usual for the next 2 years! This is not acceptable RA! At a working budget of $7.5M which we pay for in the end, we EXPECT MORE! A LOT MORE! Ramp up your measly objectives, please!
