Time Lapse Video: Fairmont’s Pumpkin Carving
Fairmont Southampton recently unveiled their carved pumpkin art as part of their Halloween décor in the lobby of the hotel, and the time lapse video below provides a glimpse of the skill and talent involved in creating the food art.
The pumpkin designs in the display were created under the skillful hands of kitchen artist Ernie Ogalesco who said the designs took between one and three hours to create each of the intricate pieces.
