“As of today, the Crow Lane Roundabout display will show a backdrop of young cedar tree saplings in 3 gallon pots plunge potted in the soil to mimic a forest, with red salvia annuals and alyssum at the front.

“The display will also include wood gift boxes, wood stump reindeers and a snow drift, all illuminated with solar up lighting.

“The Trimingham Hill Roundabout display will show gombeys, longtails, and a ‘Seasons Greetings from the Department of Parks’ sign.

“The displays will not obstruct traffic sight lines and will be removed in the New Year.

“The Ministry thanks the team from the Department of Parks for their creative display, especially considering all the annual plants were lost during Hurricane Humberto.”

I do hope you will consider adding a holiday design to the airport roundabout also. It’s the first and last one our visitors see and always looks so gloomy. And perhaps the one at the other end of Kindley Field road going into St George’s/St David’s also. Let’s share the spirit!
