Legal Notice
Pursuant to Section 5[6][a] of the Regulatory Authority Act 2011, the Minister of Home Affairs hereby concludes that there is good cause to waive the deadline for the Regulatory Authority to assess the application for a bulk generation licence [the “Application”] submitted by Saturn Solar Bermuda 1 Limited [“Saturn”], as required by section 22[1] of the Electricity Act 2016 and paragraph 1.3 of the Schedule to the Regulatory Authority [Application Process for Electricity Licences] General Determination 2017, due to the need for heightened assessment of the Application. The new deadline to assess the Application shall be 28 February 2020.
