Swimming: BASA Host Winter Meet 2019

The Bermuda Amateur Swimming Association hosted their Winter Meet 2019 at the BASA Pool.

Imojen Judd won the 11-12 Girls 50 Short Course Meter Backstroke clocking a Personal Best time of 32.50, Ava Pedro was second in 39.16 and Marleigh Howes was third in 39.27.

The 13-14 Girls 50 Short Course Meter Backstroke was won by Myeisha Sharrieff who touched the wall in a time of 31.70, Jaedyn Judd was second in 32.84 and Bella Howes finished third clocking 35.80.

During the Women’s 15 & Over 50 SC Meter Backstroke Tayla Horan clocked a Personal Best winning time of 35.63.

Nathan Burrill won the 11-12 Boys 200 Short Course Meter Freestyle clocking a Personal Best time of 2:45.77, Tyler Coleman was second in 2:59.29 and Samuel Alfrey finished third with a time of 3:07.00.

During the 13-14 Boys 200 Short Course Meter Freestyle Harlan Watson-Brown clocked a Personal Best winning time of 2:21.24, Joseph Vallis was second in a time of 2:29.67 and Daniel Kunst was third touching the wall in a time of 2:31.31.

Brian Desmond won the Men’s 15 & Over 200 Short Course Meter Freestyle touching the wall in a time of 2:03.15, Adriano Rymon-Lipinski was second in 2:31.90.
