Athene Declares Q4 Preferred Stock Dividend
Athene Holding Ltd. announced that it has declared a dividend on its 6.35% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preference Shares, Series A [Series A Preference Shares] in the amount of $396.875 per share [equivalent to $0.396875 per depositary share, each representing a 1/1,000th interest in a Series A Preference Share], payable on December 30, 2019 to holders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2019.
Athene also announced that it has declared a dividend on its 5.625% Fixed Rate Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preference Shares, Series B [Series B Preference Shares] in the amount of $394.53125 per share [equivalent to $0.39453125 per depositary share, each representing a 1/1,000th interest in a Series B Preference Share], payable on December 30, 2019 to holders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2019.
Depositary receipts for the Series A Preference Shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange [NYSE] under the ticker symbol “ATHPrA” and depositary receipts for the Series B Preference Shares are listed on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “ATHPrB”.
