Evans Moves Up Three Places In Australia
A total of nine races have been sailed as the 2019 Finn Gold Cup continued for the 60-boat fleet in Australia.
Bermuda’s Rockal Evans was back on the water for two races sailed on the day. He started the day in 43rd, and at the conclusion of the day he came off the water in 40th with 308 net points.
Evans finished 34th — which is his best finish of the regatta thus far — in the first race of the day and the 8th of the series, before crossing the line 35th in the second and final race of the day.
Good Job Rockal! You’ve been sailing for forever, I’m glad you’ve stuck to the wicked getting better each year.
