Minister Curtis Dickinson’s Trip Cost $1,094.15

A trip in November 2019 by Minister of Finance Curtis Dickinson for a meeting in New York cost $1,094.15, according to a recent listing on the Government’s travel webpage.

The trip duration was listed as from November 9, 2019 – November 11, 2019, and the web page listing said, “The Minister accompanied the Bermuda Business Development Agency [BDA] on a business development trip to New York to meet with prospective clients for Bermuda.”

  • Air Travel: $961.10
  • Ground Transportation: $133.05
  • Total Costs: $1,094.15

      So you call that transparency? Wow. It’s actually crazy to spend $961.10 on a round trip fare to New York but than again who cares. I’ve never even seen a fare that high. Bermuda wake up.

    Did someone pay for his meal?
    Is this like jetgate on a small scale?
