Hill-Edwards Competes In Valentine Invitational

Destini Hill-Edwards and her Franklin Pierce University Women’s Track and Field teammates competed at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational hosted by Boston University.

In the women’s 60-meters, Hill-Edwards finished 3rd in heat 4 and was 21st out of 80 runners with a time of 8.12.

In the women’s 200-meters, she finished the 43rd heat in 2nd place, her time of 26.65 saw her finish 172nd out of 295 competitors.

The Bermudian athlete also took part in the women’s 4×400-meter relay squad along with Nyjah Young-Bey, Alana Thompson and Sara Joyce, with the team winning heat 11 on their way to a 51st-place finish, with a time of 4:11.65.
