Bermuda’s Nahki Wells has been nominated for the Bristol Street Motors PFA Championship Player of the Month award for January 2020.

Wells who recently signed a three-and-a-half-year deal with Bristol City, made his debut on Saturday [Feb 1], with Bristol claiming a 1-0 victory against Queens Park Rangers – the club where the striker recently played on loan.

The Bermudian striker is one of the leading scorers in the Championship League, having scored 15 times while at QPR, including a hat-trick to start this year off.

In nominating Wells, the organisation said, “Wells scored plenty for QPR in the last month and ended up at Bristol City on a permanent deal after Burnley recalled him.”
