Pursuant to the provisions of The Marriage Act 1944, the Minister of Home Affairs, on the 12th February 2020 licensed Rev. Jennifer Goddard-Sheppard as a Marriage Officer, thereby enabling her to perform a marriage ceremony in Bermuda on May 16 2020 only.
