Bluewave & TBi Closes Customer Care Center

Bluewave & TBi Customer Care Center is closed until further notice to reduce the risk of exposure to Covid-19, and the company noted “there will be no cancellation of service.”

A spokesperson said, “The Bluewave and TBi Customer Care Center is closed until further notice to reduce the risk of exposure to Covid-19.

“Clients should call 424-2000 [Bluewave] or 296-9000 [TBi] regarding any service, purchase, or repairs to schedule an appointment. We will have someone on-call throughout the weekends to respond to client issues.

“Payments can be made as follows:

  • on bluewave.bm or telebermuda.com
  • online via your bank
  • calling 424-2000 [Bluewave] or 296-9000 [TBi]

“Please note there will be no cancellation of service, while Bermuda strives to halt the spread of COVID-19 amongst our community. Both companies will also boost the internet speeds to ensure consist service to customers.

“We understand how vital communication is at this time, so previously scheduled installations will occur if no one in the household is under quarantine or isolation. Our installers will call clients before any planned work to confirm the health status of everyone in a home.

    What does that mean? I note that they did not say that they were going to increase customers speed for free as was done by Digicell and One Communications
