Impact Mentoring To Launch New Campaign

Impact Mentoring Academy will be launching a new capital campaign, which involves a seven-year strategic plan.

A spokesperson said, “Impact Mentoring Academy is launching a new capital campaign to form a bridge to the future of education in Bermuda!

“The seven-year strategic plan [2018-2025] is focused on transitioning the academy into the premier site for educating boys. This is proposed in 3 phases:

  • “Phase 1- Institutional sustainability. Moving from a successful program to a thriving organization.
  • “Phase 2- Capacity building /infrastructure development. Establishing and growing a flagship institution of best practice for male education in the country.
  • “Phase 3- New facility. A purpose-built physical plant to facilitate world class education.

“The academy is aiming to raise $3,000,000 over the next 5 years to bring this vision to reality. IMA is seeking partners; 50 companies or individuals to pledge $1,000 & 500 individuals to pledge $100 for this current 2020 campaign [March -May].

“IMA boasts a retention rate of 89%, a 97% graduation rate over the past 10 years and a 100% placement rate for graduates over the past 5 years.
