A service celebrating the life of Mrs. Corinne Nina Powell [Nee Robinson] beloved wife of Francis Ivoe Powell, daughter of the late David Stuart Robinson and the late Nina Cuthbert Robinson [nee Astwood], sister to the late Mignone Parsons, the late Cecil Robinson, the late Olga ‘Dolly’ Tute, and the late Edwin ‘Chicken’ Robinson, in her 90th year, of 11 School Lane, Somerset MA 03, will be held at St. James Anglican Church, Main Road, Sandy’s on Friday July 28th, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at St. James cemetery.
Visitation: Relatives and friends may pay their respects Thursday [July 27th] evening only, from 7:30 – 9:00 p.m. at Amis Memorial Chapel, Khyber Pass, Warwick.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Friends of Hospice [The Agape] at Suite 124, 48 Par-La-Ville Road, Hamilton.
She is survived by nephews – William ‘Bill’, Johnny, Michael, Terry, Pastor Jackie [Pastor Lynette], Stephen [Karen] & Pastor Daniel [Teresa] Robinson, Andre Thompson and Albert Philpott. Nieces – Myrna Daniels, Linda Robinson, Duell Field [Paul], Nina Romberg [Reihard], Janet Francis [Ray], Paula Robinson [Alan], June Thompson, Sharon Robinson, Sandra Robinson and Rosheen Philpott; Corrinne’s extended family – the Astwoods, Robinsons and Hills; godchildren Terry, Wendy Flood; sister-in law Ruth Philpott, special cousins -Sylvia Savory, John Swan, Janice Ray, William ‘Sonny’ Duguid, Ann Smith; life-long friends – Lovina Flood, Betty Bailey Daniels; special friends Fay Darrell, Merle Robinson, Marion Tucker, Delores Roberts, Clifford [Okie Glasford, Carol Wicks [USA].
