A service celebrating the life of Dan Reginald Chase, son of Reginald Chase [deceased] and Myra [Chase] Bristol in his 69th year, formerly of 162 Somerset Road Sandys, will be held on July 30, 2022, at AMIS Memorial Chapel, 8 Khyber Pass, Warwick at 10:00 am. There will be no viewing and a Committal will follow at St. James’ Anglican Church yard, 90 Somerset Road Sandys, directly following the service.
He is survived by his mother, Myra [Chase] Bristol; his siblings Joanne Gibson, LaVerne Chase, and Glenn Chase; nephew Craig Chase [Shelina], nieces Takeysha Atwell and Leshaun Seon; great-nieces, Samai, Kiarah, Anisa, and Eliyah Seon and Azaria Atwell; great-nephews Mahlon Seon and Izaiah Atwell; great-great-nephew Sage Seon-Brackett and great-great-niece, Zanovia Seon-Focke; aunts Margaret Smith, Grace Green [William], Rev. Yvonne Thompson [Melvin], Susan Thomas [Oliver]; ‘step-son’ Blair Showers, special friends Melvin Simons, Wendell Santucci Sr., Perry Smith Sr., and Norma-Lynn Showers; Godmother, Myra Smith, Godson, Wendell Santucci Jr., Goddaughter, Nadia Darrell Smith and numerous other relatives and friends locally and overseas..Colours and casual attire may be worn.
Adherence to Covid 19 restrictions of Masking, Hand Sanitizing and Social Distancing are recommended.
