We regret to announce the passing of Deborah Carter Simmons, beloved wife of Clinton Simmons Jr., daughter of Catherine Grant and the late Arthur Dilworth, loving mother to Katrina Carter, Bill Goods [Arnella], stepdaughter Clindel Lowe [McLaren]; adored grandmother of Katira Carter, Anaiya and Malia Goods and Ethan Lowe; loving sister to Betty Thortom, Juanita Grant, Anthony Dilworth and Ronald Grant [deceased]; sisters in law Brenda Rasheed [Mustapha], Sandra Everheart [Greg] and Kimberly Clarke in her 68th year of # 6 Cove Valley Lane, St. David’s.
Funeral Services will be held in Ossining, NY with online streaming details to follow. A Memorial Service will be held in Bermuda at a later date.
