A Memorial service for Gilbert Paul James DeCosta-Bovell son of Joan Bovell and Gilbert DeCosta, loving father to Chantel Bovell, Ciara Tuzo, Chamilla DeCosta-Bovell, brother to Anthony and Lakeisha Bovell in his 35th year of Block 18 Apt. 13 Fenton Drive, Pembroke will be held at Augustus Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 11 am.
