Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Gregory Mac Arthur ‘Porky’ Grimes.
A service celebrating the life of Gregory Mac Arthur ‘Porky’ Grimes son of the Late Eloise Grimes and the Late Voorhees Bill Peterson. He was survived by brothers Calsworth [Dawn], Rev. Rodney [Ida], Stephen Grimes, Sisters Judy Grimes, Barbara [Gladwyn] Smith and the late Marion Cox, in his 56th year of #25 Watlington Road, Devonshire DV 06, will be held Today, December 21, 2016 at 11:00 am at the Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity.
Interment will follow at Christ Church, Devonshire.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to The Diabetes Center or The Bermuda Heart Foundation.
There will be no viewing.
Also surviving are nephews: Gilbert and Rodney Jr.; special nephews: Daron, Caldon, Deputy Commandant Ron-Michel and Dahji; nieces: Dennika, Sharmaine, Cheri, Calte, Sierra, Karriesha, Calliesha, and Nakia; special nieces: Nicole, Kim [Andrew], Arnelle, Candace and Krysten; godchildren: Serena, Nadia and Craig; special friends: Sheila and Ronnie Aguiar, Barbara Mitchell, Lyndon Raynor, Cal Smith and Lisa Rivas, Patrice Frith-Hayward and Friends of Distinction, Judy and Campbell Simons, Shelly Gibbons, Renee Lawrence, Yvette Butterfield, Stuart Crockwell, Bermuda Police Service and in particular his very special B Watch Family Bermuda Football Association, Bermuda Referee Association and the Bermuda Judiciary.
