Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Greta Lorraine Jones.
A Home Going service for Greta Lorraine Jones, daughter of the late Albert and Ethie Jones, loving mother to Astrid Jones and Jeneba O’Connor [Steve], sister to Madree Orridge, Sheila Manderson and the late Avery Smith, in her 85th year of ‘Forebridge’ 9 North Shore Road, Pembroke will be held at The Cathedral of The Most Holy Trinity Church, Hamilton Today, June 9, 2017 at 2 pm.
Interment will follow at St. John’s Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be made in her memory to the Bermuda Cathedral Organ Fund through The Bank of N.T. Butterfield account # 006-060-322-042-100. Please clearly mark: “For the Cathedral Organ Fund in memory of Greta Jones.”
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at The Cathedral of The Most Holy Trinity Church, Hamilton, Today, June 9, 2017 from 12:30 pm – 1:45 pm only.
Also surviving are brothers-in-law: Cecil Smith, John Orridge, Neville Manderson; niece: Renée Lewis, nephew: St. Jean Orridge, and special friends: Sally Rossetti and Edna Janco.
Greta Jones was predeceased by nephew: Brian Manderson.
