We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Ida Alice Lodge.
A Graveside service for Mrs. Ida Alice Lodge, wife of the late Bernard Lodge, daughter of the late James and Gladys Thompson [nee Wade], loving mother to Dennis ‘Tim’ [Hazel] and Gilbert ‘Johnny’ Lodge [Andrea-Kaye] and Bernette Cann, sister to John Thompson [Delores], the late Robert, Samuel, Ernest, Muriel and Alice Thompson, in her 102nd year of Top Square Apt. 10, 4 Barrack Street, St. Georges will be held at St. Peter’s Cemetery Today, July 18, 2020 at 11:00 am.
There will be no viewing.
Lovingly remembered by grandchildren: Leighsa Augustus, Roshaun Penny [Mark], Cherita Caisey [Stevie], Denise Lodge, Gilbert Lodge [Samantha]; Thirteen great grandsons [she had a special bond with DeQuan “Dakki” Lodge]; one great great granddaughter; sisters-in-law: Iva Thompson and Ann Thompson; goddaughter: Lynn Wheeler; godson: Usecto Durrant; nieces: Judith Thompson, Jeannine Trott, Darlene Young, Diane Thompson, April Dill and Sherrie Dill; nephews: Clarence “Pop” Thompson and Robert “Bobby T” Thompson; special friends: Albena Bean, Edith Durrant, Roger and Margaret Steele, Sinclair Smith and The Top Square family.
Predeceased by son-in-law: Graham “Pop” Cann; nephews: Richard, Douglas “Joe”, Oliver “Sam” Thompson; special friend: Donald “Doc” Hall.
