Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Mrs. Iva Rosetta Talbot.
A Home going Service for Mrs. Iva R. Talbot nee Blakeney, beloved wife of the late Bryan ‘Dick’ Kingston Talbot, loving mother of Kim [Cheryl], daughter of Edward and Louisa Blakeney, sister to Leon ‘Spider’ Blakeney [Catherine] in her 99th year of Talbot Lane, Smith’s will be held at Marsden First United Methodist Church, South Shore Road, Smith’s Today 31st of March 2017 at 11 am.
Interment will follow at Marsden Cemetery flowers may be sent or donations made to SPCA.
There will be no viewing.
Also surviving are grandchildren: Bryan and Quinn Talbot; sisters-in-law: Marquerite and Mary Talbot; special caregivers niece: Lovett Trott; nephew: Caisey Steede; 12 nieces 8 nephews, numerous nephews and nieces: Godson Everett Shiell.
Iva R. Talbot was predeceased by sisters: Emmeline Peets, Louise White, Elise Steede; brothers: Algenon and Albert [Berti] Blakeney; nephews: R. McDonald White, Albert W. Peets and Keith Lapsley.
