Grandchildren – Kayla Tavares, and Kameron Tavares
Siblings – Lucia Farias, Henrique [husband], Marco Andre Fraias , [nephew] Ana Lisa Farias [Niece] Anna Paiva, Gilbert [husband], Noah Paiva [nephew] Mother & father in-law- Maria & Francisco Machado; numerous other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held Monday December 13, 2021, at the Christ Presbyterian Church of Scotland Warwick at 2:00 pm
