A service celebrating the life of Jose Torres Medeiros in his 84th year , husband of Maria De Lourdes Medeiros; son of the late Jose and Gabriela [Torres] Raposo Medeiros, father to Joseph Medeiros and Gabreila Tavares [Adam] of #19 Colony Valley, Southampton SN 04, will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church, 26 Middle Road Warwick at 2:00 pm. Interment will be held at the Stella Maris Catholic Cemetery in St. Georges. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Bermuda Heart Foundation. P.O. He is also survived by grandchildren Savannah and Ryan Tavares; brother Antonio Medeiros [Sao Miguel Azore]; sisters Maria Medeiros [USA], Adelaide Ferreira [Sao Miguel Azores], Cecelia Amaral [Canada] and several nieces, nephews and godchildren. He was predeceased by brother Manuel Medeiros [USA].
