Mabel Winifred Furbert [nee Astwood] of 25 My Lord’s Bay Lane, Hamilton Parish, passed away quietly at home on September 26, 2021 in her 94th year. She was the daughter of the late J. Rufus and Mabel Astwood. She was a retired Home Economics teacher and is survived by husband Roy E. Furbert, daughter Romelle Warner [Wilbert], son R. Angelo Furbert [Anna], grandchildren Adrian Warner [Rachel Tucker], Shakira Warner [Ricky Brathwaite], Rhiannon Furbert and Gabriel Furbert, sister Hyacinth Smith. She was predeceased by siblings Catherine Rapier , John Astwood, Sir James Astwood, W. Marischal Astwood, and Carol Willis. The family will reflect on her life privately.
