Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Mrs. Mable Louise Dunbar Lowe.
A Home Going service for Mrs. Mable Louise Dunbar Lowe, daughter of the late Solomon and Henrietta Howes [nee Brown], beloved mother of Gwendolyn L. Dunbar Simmons [Lloyd], sister to the late Dinah, Vivian, Viola, Oris [Smokey], Robert and Pearl in her 98th year of ‘Grecian House’, 2 Stadium Heights, Devonshire will be held The Seventh-Day-Adventist Church, Roberts Avenue, Devonshire on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at 11:00 am.
Interment will follow the service at The Seventh-Day-Adventist Cemetery, St. Georges.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Augustus Funeral Home on Saturday, December 15, 2018 from 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm also at The Seventh-Day-Adventist Church, Roberts Avenue, Devonshire on Sunday, December 16, 2018 from 10:00 am – 10:55 am.
Lovingly remembered by grandchildren: Raymond, late Robin, Wayne [Joanne]; great grandchildren: Rayneisha and Renee’; sisters-in-law: Olga, Betty and Emily Howes; numerous nieces and nephews; godchildren: Rio Hollis, Mrs. Joan Dill, Bernard Simons; beloved friends: Lynn Tidman, daughter Ashley and Nancy of Norwich, VT, USA; best friend: Gloria Hall; other friends in Nassau, Bahamas and Toronto, Canada; church sisters: Dorothy Tucker and Mrs. Winifred Lynch, also other friends too numerous to mention.
