The family of Macio John Lightbourne is saddened to announce his passing on April 21st, 2021; beloved husband of Violeta Lightbourne of 10 Dudley Lane, Dudley Hill, Paget in his 66th year.

Macio was predeceased by his parents Hubert ‘Sparky’ and Betty Lightbourne, grandparents John and Hilda Wilson, Laurie and Gladys Lightbourne, brother Glenn Lightbourne and sister Hewlette Harvey ‘Sue’.

He is survived by his siblings: Roslyn Rawlins, Gary [Pam] Lightbourne, Heather Bean, Andre and Deanna Lightbourne and Lorna Telford; nephews: DeVaughn and Kyle Lightbourne, Antoine Binns, Shane and Blake Rawlins; nieces: Renee Rawlins, Ashley Moore, Ebony Lightbourne and Lornette Telford-Furbert; Aunt Gwyneth Lightbourne; special goddaughter Josephine Rawlins; special friends: Franz Williams, Ralph and Astoria Edwards, Calvin Smith, Michael and Coral Wales; extended family: Marine & Ports, ZBM, the old ZFB and the old 40 Thieves Club and his Boat, Music and Electronics family; his great nieces and great nephews, cousins, family and friends too numerous to mention.

A graveside service will be on Tuesday, 11th May, 2021 at 11:00am.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory, to the Bermuda Diabetes Association, BNTB a/c # 20006060842320100, 22 Princess Street, Hamilton.

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions and the Dept. of Health requirements, social distancing must be observed, masks must be worn at all times and a limit of 10 persons are permitted.
