We regret to announce the passing of Maxwell Loren [Chick] Furbert.
A Home-Going service for Maxwell Elliott Loren [Chick] Furbert of Harrington Sound, formerly of Cottage Hill, Hamilton Parish, beloved father of Betty-Anne Furbert, [mother the late Violet Furbert Levon], in his 78th year, son of the late Randolph George Sr. and Gladys Furbert, brother to Dean, [Marie], S. Francis, [the late Annette], Andre Furbert, [Myrtus] the late Randolph Jr, [Gail] and David Furbert, [Anita] sisters: Ivena Laurenceo [Donaldo], Beulah Armstrong, Beverley Mingo, the late Gleora Sibley [the late Vernon] and Charlotte Ming, [Frederick] will be held at Crawl Gospel Hall, Hamilton Parish Today, September 22, 2021 at 2pm.
Interment will follow the service at The Holy Trinity Cemetery, Bailey’s Bay.
There will be no viewing.
Lovingly remembered by grand-children: the late Dashunte Furbert, Yana and Azende` Furbert and Taye-Zino Trott, brothers and sisters, cousins: families of late Bertie Furbert and Marie Fleming [Gladstone], many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends too numerous to mention, Crawl Gospel Hall church family, Cottage Hill neighbours, Bermuda Beekeeping Association, Vernon Burgess and Wendell Talbot of Concorde Construction, George Morton and many other workers.
Covid-19 precautions are to be observed and are required to have a maximum limit of 20 person in the viewing chapel at any given time. Mask and hand sanitation will be required and social distancing observed.
