We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Mildred June Thomas.
A Home Going service for Mrs. Mildred June Thomas, beloved wife to Morris [Chalk] Thomas, daughter of the late Thomas and Edith Smith, loving mother to Karen Thomas, Dawnette Watson [Charles] and the late Edwin Thomas, sister to Lorraine Smith [Kenneth], Majorie Holdipp [John], the late Carlton, Wilbur [Whop], Carolyn [Kay] and Weldon [Biggy] Smith, in her 84th year of 4 Railway Trail Southampton will be held at St. Paul A.M.E. Church Today, June 18, 2020 at 3:00 pm. Interment will follow the service at Pembroke Parish Cemetery.
Lovingly remembered by grandchildren: Jawan Thomas [Judith], Kareem Grant, Jahshun, Jahnai, Jahmeco Watson, Marcus Thomas; great grandchildren: Jahquori Burgess Thomas, Ha-mylee Pitcher, Umai Santucci, Aalaysia, Amora Watson; sisters-in-law: Alice Ming [Kenneth], Rebecca Smith; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins; godchildren: Sherlyn Smith, Gino Phipps; special friends: Ruth Daniels, June Daniels, Deanna Symonds, Stella Bean, Eunice Christopher, Heard Chapel Family, other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Mildred Thomas was predeceased by father and mother-in-law: Fredrick [Chalk] and Mildred Thomas; brothers-in-law: Eversley and Charles [Chalk] Thomas; sister-in-law: Thelma Thomas.
Physical distancing must be observed and the wearing of masks.
