A service celebrating the life of Mrs. Rachel Millicent Bell, beloved wife of Mr. David Bell, loving mother of Tasha Cozart and John Cozart and sister of Vera Hayward, will be held on Wednesday, July 27th 2016, Bright Temple AME Church, Spring Hill, Warwick at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Anne’s Cemetery, South Road, Southampton

Visitation: This evening, Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at Amis Memorial Chapel, 8 Khyber Pass, Warwick from 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm.
