Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Rita Ann Marie Charles Peniston.
A Home Going service for Rita Ann Marie Charles Peniston daughter of the late John and Pearl Charles, loving mother to Shernette Wolffe [Gary], Vernalda Hudgen and Shannon Peniston [Julita], sister to Leslie, Raymond [Joan], Alan and Howard Charles [Dee], Betty Robinson, Ruth Tucker [Leroy], Catherine Pond [Wendell], in her 74th year of 4 Fern Crescent, Paget will be held at Christ Church Devonshire Today, April 6, 2017 at 2 pm.
Interment will follow at Christ Church Cemetery, Devonshire.
In lieu of Flowers, donations in her memory may be made to friends of Hospice at www.friendsofhospice.bm.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Christ Church Devonshire, Today, April 6, 2017 from 1 pm – 1:50 pm.
Also surviving are grandchildren: Brandon Hudgen and Ayanna Peniston; aunt: Marie Ming; uncle: John Ming; brother-in-law: Edward Ming [Wendy]; sisters-in-law: Lois Simmons, Peggy Burns [Vernal], Rochelle Ming [Derek]; special friends: Neletha Butterfield, Jean Wade [Robert], Shirley Jarrett [Denton], Lucille Stovell, Cynthia Aberdeen, Gloria Wolffe; god daughters: Melanie Seymour, Vernice Fuller; nieces, nephews, family and friends too numerous to mention; special mention to the Arnold’s Family and Staff.
Rita was predeceased by brother: Frank, Walter, David and Richard Charles.
Colours maybe worn, Rita’s favorite colour was green.
