Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Roselyn Emily Dowling.
A Graveside service for Roselyn Emily Dowling, beloved wife of the late LeRoy Dowling and loving mother to Norris Dowling, daughter of the late Eli and Adina Nisbett and sister to Reverend Canon Thomas Nisbett [late Winifred] and Padam ‘Paddy’ Nisbett [Dolly], in her 94th year of Westmeath Nursing Care Home [formerly of 11 East Gate Lane, Pembroke], will be held soon.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Augustus Funeral Home on December 29, 2021 from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm.
She also leaves to cherish her memory: brother-in-law: Horace Dowling; sisters-in-law: Gloria Simmons [Kenneth], Ismay Tucker and Eileen Roberts [Millard]. She was predeceased by brothers David Ifor [late Eunice], and Ervin [late Barbara] Nisbett and sisters Mavis Pond [late Alfred], Laurret Trott [late Wilbur] and Helen Burt [George Leon] as well as brothers-in-law Stanley, Eric and Cyril Dowling, Kenneth Tucker and sisters-in-law June Dowling, Barbara-Jean Dowling, Barbara E. Dowling, Dorothy Dowling. She will be lovingly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, Godchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. Special friends : St. Monica’s Church family, George and O’Rita Morris, Joseph ‘Freddie’ and Rose Griffith, Newvilla Dill .
Covid-19 precautions are to be observed and are required to have a maximum limit of 20 person in the viewing chapel at any given time. Mask and hand sanitation will be required and social distancing observed.
