A Home-going Service celebrating the life of Mrs. Rosemary Elaine Phillips, beloved wife of the late Arthur Phillips, daughter of the late Rev. Wilbur and Mrs. Edith Lowe, loving mother to, Eugene, [Lorene], Mark; Special “daughter”, Tammy Richardson; sisters, Gwendolyn Fox, Rev. Damaris Hill, Naomi Fox and Deborah Lowe; brothers, Rev. Dr. Wilbur “Larry” Lowe, deceased [Hope], Stephen Lowe [Carolla] and Mark Lowe; special “sister”, Heather Whalen [Rev. Dr. Joseph Whalen] in her 76th year, of 29 Cove Valley Road, St. David’s, DD 02, will be held at the North Street Citadel, North Street, Hamilton on Saturday, August 31st at 11 a.m. Interment will follow the service at Wesley Methodist Cemetery, Cemetery Road, Pembroke.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at The North Street Citadel Salvation Army, North Street, Hamilton on Friday, August 30th, 2019, from 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. also at the North Street Citadel on August 31st, 2019 from 10 a.m. – 10:55 a.m.
Also surviving are grandsons; Aaron, Brandon and Connor Phillips; Special “grandchildren”, Nate Trott and Jazmine McIntosh; sisters-in-law, Marion Wade, Jennifer Iris [Earl], Jacqueline Hatherley [Alan], Lavette Phillips Fuentes [Hosè]; Aunts, Ida “Girlie”, Cynthia Johnson, Rosalyn Woolridge, Lucy Walker, Carolyn; Special “Cousin” Inelda Walker; Special “niece” Cristal Fox; god-children, Renita Teye-Botchway, Sherrie Walker-Johnson, Altoinette Johnson, Calvin Ming III, Jahlunde Wilson-Johnson; The North Street Citadel Family; The Harbour Light Family; Special friends, Major Alf Wilson and Family, Joan Blades, Dianne Beach, Marva Allen; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, too numerous to mention.
