We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Rosetta Thompson nee Woodley, beloved wife of the late Edmund James Thompson, daughter to the late Richard and Evangeline Woodley, loving mother to Lionel [Marie-France] Thompson, Bregeita “Bonnie” Preece, Bradlene Thompson, and the late Desmond and Richard Thompson, and beloved grandmother to Laurie Thompson, sister to Ebenezer [Grace] and Raymond Woodley, Catherine “Baby” [Kenneth] Simons, Iris [Billy] Harvey, and Cynthia [Calvin] Cooper, all predeceased, she was in her 101st year of Whittington #20 Shelton Road, Pembroke
A Funeral Service will be held at the New Testament Church of God, Heritage Worship Centre , Dundonald Street , Hamilton TODAY June 22,2021 at 12noon
We are required to have a maximum limit of 100 in the church
Interment will follow at St Johns Cemetery, St. Johns Road, Pembroke
Mrs. Thompson is lovingly remembered by a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives including the Woodley, Harvey, DeShields, Foggo, Cooper and Lynch families, special friends Mae Smith & family, the Samuels, Dickinson, Grant, Zuill, Richardson, Matthew and Morton families, the late Liz Dillworth & family, the late William “Sonny” Rose, Sherlene Smith, Danette Russell and other friends and relatives too numerous to mention.
Covid-19 precautions are to be observed and are required to have a maximum limit of 50 person in the Augustus viewing chapel at any given time. Mask and hand sanitation will be required, and social distancing observed.
