The home-going service of celebration, honouring the life of Shirley Ann Angeline Rayner, daughter of the late Alexander and Cora Douglas, wife to Sinclair, mother to Gavin [Tanika] and Natosha; sister to Jennette Griffith, Alexander Jr [Maureen], Yvonne, Wayne [deceased] and Vincent Douglas, Candice Clarke [Cyril] and Eugene Trott, in her 76th year of “Kracker Box”, 17 Tribe Road No 2, Warwick, will be held today, Wednesday 11th May 2022 at St. John’s A.M.E. Church, Wilkinson Avenue, Bailey’s Bay at 4:00p.m. Interment will follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery, Holy Trinity Road, Bailey’s Bay.
She is survived by her grandchildren Nafiayah, Nahjae, Naiah, Sanaa; six nieces and nephews, Aunt Mary Smith and Uncle Gary Gibbons, numerous cousins and friends, Godchildren Aaron Adderley and Nekisha Tyrrell; Special friends Sheila Tyrrell, John and Betty Richardson, the Breezerettes, Prospect Secondary School for Girls Class of 1963 and Trimingham Brothers Family. Colours may be worn especially BLUE as it was Mom’s favourite colour.
